Custom Uniform Orders (Non-Refundable Deposit)
Due to the custom nature of our athletic gear, all custom uniform orders are made to order based on client-approved specifications.

50% Non-Refundable Deposit: To kick off the custom design process, a 50% deposit is required. This deposit secures your production slot, covers up to two (2) rounds of professional design mockups, and applies directly toward your total order balance. Because design, digitizing, and scheduling work begin immediately, this deposit is strictly non-refundable once paid.

Final Sales: Once digital mockups are approved and production begins, custom orders cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged.
Defective or Damaged Goods
We pride ourselves on elite quality control. If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or printing error that deviates from your approved digital mockup:

Provide photos and a clear description of the defect or discrepancy.

If verified as a production error on our part, we will promptly repair, replace, or issue a credit for the affected items at no extra cost to you.
