Shipping & Delivery Policy

Production Lead Times

Custom uniform production schedules vary based on order volume, seasonal demand, and design complexity. Standard turnaround times are estimated from the date of final mockup approval and deposit receipt, not the initial inquiry date. Estimated completion dates will be provided upon order confirmation.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight, package dimensions, and delivery destination. Final shipping costs will be included in your final invoice balance.

     

  • All orders are shipped via standard commercial carriers (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS). Tracking details will be provided once your shipment is dispatched.

Delivery Delays & Shipping Liability

While we guarantee timely production completion on our end, My Best Sports Apparel is not responsible for transit delays caused by weather conditions, carrier disruptions, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or third-party shipping delays.
