By visiting our site and/or purchasing custom apparel from My Best Sports Apparel, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms"). These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, and team representatives.
Custom Orders & Artwork Ownership

Client IP Protection: All custom uniforms featuring your team’s specific logos, unique branding, exclusive colorways, and proprietary intellectual property (IP) belong to you and will never be duplicated or resold to another client.

Base Template Rights: Generic uniform layouts, base template styles, cut/sew patterns, and overall garment structures remain the property of My Best Sports Apparel and may be utilized across other generic or custom orders.

Customer Approvals: Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all digital mockups, spelling, sizing breakdowns, and color choices prior to final production. My Best Sports Apparel is not liable for errors in approved proofs.
Deposit & Payment Terms

Production and design work begin only after the receipt of a required 50% non-refundable deposit.

The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to order shipment or pickup unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.
Limitation of Liability

My Best Sports Apparel shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from product use, platform outages, or third-party delivery delays beyond our reasonable control. agreed upon in writing.
